The Shawnee Village Resort is comprised of two separate resort areas - the River II and Ridge Top. The resorts, marketed as timeshare property and most two-bedroom villas (on two floors), are available for rent to the public.

Peak weekend may be difficult to obtain, but the units are spacious and features a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the other bedroom; two bathrooms, fireplace and a full kitchen round out the accommodations.

Rates range in the $100 - $200 range per night, making it an affordable choice for family or get-togethers.
