The property's amenities include swimming pools, whirlpool, tennis courts, Arcadia Spa, and waterfalls and a stream on the grounds. Evergreen Golf Club has golf carts, club rentals, pull carts, a golf shop, and the Fairway Lounge. Terrace Dining Room overlooks Penn Hill's own Lake Pocahontas.
