The Playhouse, located in the
village square of Shawnee-on-Delaware, is a beautiful stone and
timber theatre designed and built in 1904. The 1999 season includes
the following performances: Grease, Oklahoma, Hello Dolly!, and
Scrooge. The Theatre also provides an acting classes
program for children and adults, in addition to other events
including square dancing and folk music concerts.
