Dear Caesars Pocono Resorts,

After spending a marvelous weekend at Cove Haven, we felt it very necessary to express our appreciation for the wonderful services that were provided to us.

Hats off to you and your staff for making our stay truly enjoyable. The accommodations were unique, beautifully updated, and exceptionally clean. But perhaps the most impressive aspect of Cove Haven is the staff. Everyone we encountered from the hostesses at the Dining Room, the servers, housekeeping, groundskeepers, etc. were so friendly and helpful. It is not often that you see employees really enjoying their jobs!

Keep up the good work! Thank you for making our "weekend getaway" one that we will always remember. We hope to be visiting again soon!
