Cliff Park Inn Golf Club

Scotland is the birthplace of golf. Scotland is also the homeland of the Buchanan family. At the turn of the twentieth century, Annie Buchanan, the first innkeeper of Cliff Park, invited a family friend from Scotland to summer in Milford.

He was a golf course architect and together they designed the Cliff Park Golf Course in the Scottish style.

Scottish golf course designers try to move as little earth as possible in laying out a golf course, taking full advantage of the natural lie of the land. See Cliff Park Inn.
